DESCRIPTION:The publication of the Regional Action Plan in December, in New Delhi, India, marks a significant step forward in addressing snakebite envenoming in South-East Asia from 2022 to 2030. This plan aims to enhance the progress made by the 2019 global strategy by expediting initiatives to reduce fatalities and disabilities resulting from snakebites by 50% in the region by 2030.
